I do not think it is unreasonable of the person to call this out. Liking the Unabomber's manifesto and saying its their favorite "anarchist" text is a huge red flag. The person being a fed or fash is entirely a realistic concern. Fascists use this strategy all the time. They try to normalize reactionary and far right texts by coming into circles and trying to relate the texts to people and cover their asses by play "separate the art from the artist card." Like what the person is doing by saying they don't like Ted but like his work. That is fascist tactics 101. Feds do similar stuff but in an effort to cause division and conflict. I think its less likely the commentor is a fed, and more likely they are a fash.
