I love riding through crap weather, as long as I can get warm and dry asap afterwards.

I hope I can get out for a new years day ride, it's gonna rain buckets!

I guess it is a bit fun when it's warm rain, but not worth it considering the increased risk. Poor visibility and reduced traction are not your friends on a bike.

Some people like ice baths and winter sea swimming usually followed by a visit to a sauna, I can't stand any of those, but I'm like a subaru owner when the weathers crap..

But yes fair point on the riskyness, on the other hand fair weather biking only isn't doing much for a persons machine control skills when the conditions are unexpectedly worse.
