We now have the precedent that felonies don't disqualify a candidate, and a Supreme Court ruling that whatever the President does as an official act is legal. It's our best shot at getting universal healthcare in the United States.

He's not qualified to be POTUS until he's 35 years old.

Is a former president allowed to run an VP? What happens then if the president then dies, or steps down?

The 22nd amendment as written only places limits on being "elected to the office of the President".

I have full confidence that those hacks, Roberts and Alito, could rule with a straight face that the 35-year-old minimum doesn't apply for some bullshit reason, but they have to have something in it for themselves, and a case has to come before them. So, we're stuck with it.
