When I was younger I swore I'd never change and stay true to myself. Easy enough but everything and everyone around me changed and I found myself shaking my fist at the clouds saying how everything was better when I was young. Then I realized I had turned into my old man.
I mentioned to my nephew that they were swearing too much in the music he was listening to.
He said, "Your 'old man' is showing."
He was not wrong.
