So I‘m a bit ootl here and I‘m trying to understand what so tell if I‘m wrong, but from what I understand this guy shot this CEO of a million dollar health insurance and just fucking biked away?

The silencer made it so no big panic broke out, so he was kinda just able to walk off i guess. There cant be cops everywhere, so if you just leave immediately, its going to be hard for cops to catch up with the information flow.
I mean, the woman who was right next to the CEO understandably freaked and bolted but yeah.

I was always surprised how getting away from a crime scene with a bicycle isn't more popular. It's faster and easier than running and you can use paths that cars can't easily get to.
He absolutely did and the thought of him just casually bikong away from an Assassination is just too fucking funny.
A bike is the perfect getaway vehicle in a city.
In my state someone robbed a bank in our largest city and got away on bike and I believe is still out there not found.
