It's assigned to a drink that isn't carbonated. If there isn't one then water gets its own dispenser.
It’s not coke. Coke or Pepsi is always on the end because it’s the most frequently changed and that’s the easiest position to replace.
That’s mildly interesting and something I would have died never knowing. Thanks for that tidbit
