That’s not true. There have been numerous operations in other countries that were not given approval by Congress. Not saying it’s right but there is definitely precedent for it.

The people were heavily armed with guns, stolen police batons, and bear repellent and pepper spray. They injured over 50 cops and 2 committed suicide. Several cops resigned as well.

He should have gotten with his DA and gotten some information about how most of the cases were already prosecuted and this was a non-issue. He already should have had investigators at some of these places Nick Shirley went to either clear them of wrong doing or shut them down.
