That's one of the hardest bosses I've ever played. Such a good fight. You need to learn his moves, find the moments you can attack safely in, focus on perfect deflects to build up his posture damage.. He killed me about 60 times and when I finally beat him I absolutely slaughtered him, it wasn't even close.

Sometimes it feels like there's an hidden easy mode and after so many tries all of the sudden you just get a good pattern and the boss is easy 🤷
