While relaxing I just had the feeling I was more 4 parts of my grandparents than 2 parts of my parents. It made me relax more.

I hate the idea that I inherited abusive behaviors. It makes my skin crawl. They both consented to having me; I never consented to being their kid.

I won't have children because it's the only 100% effective way of preventing the abuse from spreading.
