The people with disabilities will have to. I'm sure Putin has no qualms with taking the rest of them in to use as cannon fodder in exchange for a fraction of what they used to get from welfare.

They’ll mount machine guns on the front of their wheelchairs. The orphans can push the disabled soldiers into battle!
