I’ve blocked the instance now but I’d appreciate an admin to clear out my inbox so that I don’t have to look at the abuse each time I open my inbox.

Has there been discussions in feddit.nl to de-federate with instances like lemmygrad and hexbear?

A minor thing, but they can still see you I think, unless you user block.
