There is such a taboo against calling out propagandists and intellectually dishonest posters. EVERY FUCKING MOD WILL ARGUE FOR THE FUCKING BOT'S POSITION.

Me: Because they are using commonly used forum manipulation techniques A, C, and F, constantly change their personality and positions to maximally affect the thread they are currently in, and only ever post on politically charged topics despite 99.9% of Lemmy's userbase also participating in non-political communities normally, and uses syntax structure and word choices that align with 80% of confirmed Putinbots.

I got banned from c/worldnews on lemmy.world for making the tired "how do you know someone uses arch" joke but about tankies. It's kinda wild how bad these early days of community moderation are going.
