God the cynicism in this thread is depressing.

You know why your vote doesn't matter? ....because you talk yourself out of getting of your lazy ass and using your vote.

People have to ask themselves why there are so many on here trying to get people to not vote. Why would anyone go out of their way to go online in comment after comment, and say it's useless? They have to make an effort to do this. Hmmmm.

They're a mix of crybaby idiots and foreign agents/bots.

And the vast majority come from .ml and .dbzer0. You can almost set your watch to it.

There is no excuse not to vote. Democracy is more important than these whiny bitches telling people that there's no point in voting.

Saw someone saying ML was not a tankie instance. No guys I know it's the instance called ((1488)) but you can't infer anything from that.

Effectively many votes don't matter at all, but it might be worthwhile to vote on certain topics. This isn't cynicism, it's just reality.

So I usually vote on a few things but it's not a delusional, nationalist religion to me.

No, our votes do matter, but in only very tiny ways that the people in power ignore when it is convenient.
