It's a 39 second unbroken shot with consistent movement, geometry, and reflections. Video compression and slightly tacky architecture ≠ AI.

The AI detective is on the case! I'm sure it will be solved and not devolve into an argument. It looked like either a stabilizer on his camera or in post.
