In reality it would be much easier. He's rich only on paper, everything is locked in extremely overvalued shitx and telsa stocks. If he dumps them, the value will crater and he'll be homeless
You're right that most of his wealth is on paper, but you could wipe out 99.99% of Elon's wealth and he'd still have 100 million dollars. He's not going to be homeless.
