I thought this was 4 different people. I was trying to figure out what was wrong with the ones on the left!! Holy shit, that’s horrible.
Seriously, I thought they were all different. That's just some depressing mental illness... Why destroy such beautiful faces like that... They were already really attractive now they're... Not.
It's a social status thing. They have the money and influence to look like ghouls on purpose.

Nah left is original, right post-surgery. Two ladies. Megan Fox and... I forget the other one at the bottom.
I think Megan looks fine BTW.. Just did this think called aging, not necessarily botched surgery.

Have you seen her in the new Ro commercials? I thought the commercial featured a Kardashian the first time I saw it. Doesn’t appear to just be aging.
Also, I’m pretty sure the woman on the bottom is Laura Loomer.
Darn... I thought the same. Didn't realize that was Megan Fox!
I don't really run into ads so no.
All I'm saying is I've seen many beautiful ladies age with a very similar change in facial structure from Megan's before and after photos at top in 20 years (and yeah, it's semi-shockingly been ~20 years between those photos).
P. S. Yeah you're right Laura Loomer. That's definitely surgery on her, much larger change and shorter time-scale.
