I feel like comics get more and more absurd these days

This one is already 10 years old
2019 isn't almost 10 years old, even by a technicality
The date in the post title says 2016, which was 10 years ago.
My mistake, I read it as 2019
Top row: wife enters door to "man cave", finds her husband doing kink stuff that he probably didn't want her to see
2nd row: you see the man cave full of sex toys and husband getting his kink on while looking at a picture of something.
3rd row: picture is of their wedding day, how sweet
Bottom row: wife is enamored by her husbands deep sexual interest in their marriage. (Instead of him getting off to porn or some other interest).
I assumed she was the one who tied him up and stuff to begin with but I guess this makes more sense
That is Perry bible for you. They always been absurd.
