I would've thought they were talking about Wesley since he looks kinda weird in that image. Although Tasha is gone pre-beard, so it also makes sense that people wouldn't remember her all that much

I joke I've seen in the community of how the correlation of how good a season of TNG is based on whether or not Riker had a beard. Basically a lot of people think season 1 is pretty mid and season 2 comes in hot with Jonathan Frakes and his bearded face and suddenly it's better.
