Evil that “It’s a trap” only works with Star Trek.
They had to show their bias somehow ;)
But "It's a wrap!" is a perfectly valid answer for filming either.

But you have to know the details of both franchises to pick the best, so it's a fair clue.
I doubt I would have ever figured "leased" as something being "let out, in a way".

I think you meant Star Wars, since that is where the meme comes from.
No they mean the answer to the clue is "it's a trap" only if you answer "star trek" to the which sci fi is better value.
If you write "Star Wars," then the correct answer is "It's a wrap," even though the Star Wars fan will likely think of "It's a trap" first. If you write "Star Trek," then the correct answer is "It's a trap!" which does not come from Star Trek.
