I'll be That Guy and say that essentially every structural piece of aluminum in the world is an aluminum alloy. Pure aluminum is very soft and more difficult to manufacture into usable parts.
But pureer = gooder and less pureer = badder!?!!?

You are thinking of regular steel. Stainless steel may not even have any iron or carbon, so don't worry.
My product is 99.999% pure stainless steel by weight.

You can but it doesn't suit itself for heat treatment, so don't expect results.
