Skyrim has a very wonderful voice acting cast in multiple languages. It's how went from not understanding German to understanding German.

100% recommend Skyrim. I think Cyberpunk also has full audio translations too, though I've yet to play it in anything but English.

Great call, I'll have to try that! I'd like to revisit it sometime anyway.

Checked Oblivion hoping for the same, but seems like language options were pretty limited unfortunately.
