So do I, but they asked for my covid cheque back. Seems I went back to work too quickly. All the while I thought I was applying for employment insurance.

Not versed in US law, so this is mostly rambling. Couldn't ypu intepret the promise of DOGE checks to be a promise of a gift meaning a legally binding transfer of ownership? If so, how about you sue POTUS for the Doge checks? And while you are at it how about you make it a class action?
