Studio makeup is on a whole different level. If you saw an actor in stage makeup you would swear they are wearing a mask. It's designed to look good under harsh lighting. Btw Kate Mulgrew has a face full of freckles.

Yes and they famously go to conventions without putting on any makeup whatsoever. 🫩
