That's pretty much the biggest joke of the show.
I hated the Ross/Rachel drama. Ross character could have been removed and show probably be funnier. But yes they were on break holyshit they used that line to goddamn much.

He moves halfway through the show. I don't recall anything about how far his place in the first half is.
