It's not actually Star Wars! That person is Klingon, which is a character from Babylon 5. Common mistake.

Not sure why GIF sites seem to claim that GIF is that song, because after actually watching that music video, it is clearly not. After some more research, I have concluded it was actually from Usher - "Confessions Part II".
