An unofficial chapter of the popular Dull Men's Club.

https://dullmensclub.com/

1. Relevant commentary on your own dull life. Posts should be about your own dull, lived experience. This is our most important rule. Direct questions, random thoughts, comment baiting, advice seeking, many uses of "discuss" rarely comply with this rule.

2. Original, Fresh, Meaningful Content.

3. Avoid repetitive topics.

4. This is not a search engine
Use a search engine, a tradesperson, Reddit, friends, a specialist Facebook group, apps, Wikipedia, an AI chat, a reverse image search etc. to answer simple questions or identify objects. Also see rule 1, “comment baiting”.

There are a number of content specific communities with subject matter experts who can help you.

Some other communities to consider before posting:

5. Keep it dull. If it puts us to sleep, it’s on the right track. Examples of likely not dull: jokes, gross stuff (including toes), politics, religion, royalty, illness or injury, killing things for fun, or promotional content. Feel free to post these elsewhere.

6. No hate speech, sexism, or bullying No sexism, hate speech, degrading or excessively foul language, or other harmful language. No othering or dehumanizing of anyone or negativity towards any gender identity.

7. Proofread before posting. Use good grammar and punctuation. Avoid useless phrases. Some examples: - starting a post with "So" - starting a post with pointless phrases, like "I hope this is allowed" or “this is my first post” Only share good quality, cropped images. Do not share screenshots of images; share the original image.

I don't like dem changes, it makes me go crazy for some years.

I researched shelf life of the plastic used and I already know the rate which my eye glasses break. So I will be rocking these for the next decade or more.

That's it dear dull men.

Thanks!

Yea I do use lukewarm water and I rub really gently only AFTER I spray on and rinse. I always do a contactless wash before any thouching, like you'd wash a car.

Looking forward to glasses pics lol

And yea I don't have a foamer but I doubt it makes a difference? Idk. Automotive foam for example, is just placebo, it only looks cool.

Guess who took some sexy photos, you guesses it wrong. Not me! it was my glasses!

I think the foam is the key, so rub the liquid soap on your hand before applying.

Why i think it is the key:

  1. makes the process faster.

  2. I put extra water 3:1 with liquid handwash so the foam produced by this pump is light, and easy to rinse.

I TOOK THREE photos

  1. After I smudged it with my oily hand

  2. After rinse

  3. After dabbing with tissue*

  • there are some scratches that's because I used to use those microfiber stuff, but later I learned that if there is dust and stuff on your and rub it with microfiber it actually scratchers.

Also, my lense is over 7 years old, some scratches are there, but not deep and not noticeable, that why I buy expensive lenses!

The cheap one would get deep scratches that would annoy me

Anyway, send me a message on lemmy, with your Signal ID, or any privacy respecting app orrr whatsap, me no mind

Edit: The glass look waaay cleaner than yours. Like no smodges

Haha tiz my Signal username REMOVED

I think you can find me using that? I'm really looking forward to seeing your glasses nude pics

I'll try to follow your method more closely, see what comes of it. Also my lenses are cheap at like 30 euro a piece so that may be why they don't clean up as nicely

Will add you. And dude, don't publish your signal username publicly... I think
