Or just a do standardized profit margin max and min law for everything except luxury items?
Honestly, capitalism can work if we take the capital centric laws out
What's to be gained by having hospitals privately owned at all? It's not like they're competing over price or service... They're just monopolies all the way down the supply chain.
Regulating private health care is polishing a turd.
We didn't miss a huge opportunity to make private firefighting work, or new advances in fire suppression. We just missed out on a bunch of pointless house fires. Today that's every sick or dead person who could be doing things instead.
