I feel like about half the time Trump's choices are driven by his childlike impulses of spite and self-aggrandizement.

But then the other half are sort of made on a coin toss so he can forget about the choice and get back to shitposting and self-aggrandizement.

So really, about 1/4 of Trumps choices are halfway decent based on chance alone.
