Getting in the door is hard enough without dealing with getting lowballed.

I just want a job. I had many years of stability. Now I want a win win where I get to do a good job and get compensated at the same level.

Time to build a co-op. This exploitation has become so systematized, that it is essentially a runaway genocide.

We need to cut off the parasites by doing something radical!

There are moneyless co-op communities like Bruderhof, which are interesting. The tricky part with those is what happens if you want to exit.
