If I want to get my non-tech-savvy friends into using Matrix, what homeserver should I tell them to make an account on? (mander.xyz)

About the only thing I know is that matrix.org is over-crowded and they want people to use other homeservers. What are the other options for newbies?

(make sure to test them before you recommend them, I know federated.nexus, unredacted.org and 4d2.org are good)
