That's a fun hot take, regardless the open source browser they sponser is amazing and it's exactly what I want out of the box.
It's not a hot take. It's a fact that has been acknowledged via public statements from the individual in question and the company.
it's an extremely hot take to call them a nazi because you disagree on one person's political viewpoints on immigration, and try to purity test a great open source project because of it.
That's a very mild way of saying that the political party he donates to supports ethnic cleansing. These are direct quotes from its leader:
now you have moved the goalposts from mullvad, to one of its founders using personal money, now to a political party that isn't involved in mullvad.
does any of this impact the open source project? no.

I don't care about the cofounders personal politics. The product is open source, its solid, and does a excellent job.
Good for you, but the discussion in this comment thread has always been about his politics - that is literally what the first reply to your comment in this chain was about. The only one attempting to shift the goalposts in this conversation is you. Don't engage in the first place if you are so unwilling to discuss it.
No... it has been about mullvad being a great browser that just acts like a browser.
and i've addressed why that hot take is just a whataboutism and purity testing doesn't belong in open source discussions.
