A jacket at 30F? That's still t-shirt weather.
I find that I have to wear at least a light jacket to avoid discomfort anywhere below 62F-ish, depending on humidity and sun intensity. At 30F wouldn't having just t shirts be literally dangerous for any significant amount of time exposed?
Not really. I do it all the time. I guess it depends on what you're doing and if you have any medical issues with circulation. As it is I usually don't break out the jacket until it is regularly below 20F and I don't usually break out a full blown coat unless the temp is under 5F. If I'm doing any actual work then I actually find that I'm usually better off being more lightly dressed because in cold weather you're far better off being slightly chilly than getting slightly too warm and sweating. Sweating will kill you in cold weather.
Are you perchance an overweight male with high blood pressure?
Isn't that just 0C°? If it's sunny enough, then it shouldn't be too big of an issue.
70° is still jacket weather.
I don't even like my aircon set that high.
