Tesseract includes some..."creative" definitions of extremism that will drive away "normies"

Hard agree - transparency is important.

Fortunately, this entire filter list can be turned off by the users at any time, for those who want a more unfiltered experience (although atm it's all-or-nothing iirc).

(Though reportedly the OTHER, smaller instance hard-coded list cannot be disabled now except by using db0's fork of the codebase.)
