Beshear should call their bluff, and announce the Democratic replacement. Let MAGA sue to stop him, and they'll be forced to provide proof of life.
If they can show proof he's alive, then fine, MAGA wins, and the case is over. But if they can't, then the case will also evaporate, and then they'll have to answer for hiding the death from the citizens, and people should go to jail.
It’s beyond frustrating that this hasn’t happened already. 1000% chance that the Republicans would do this as soon as a Democrat senator went under for surgery.
This is why we're cooked. Dems have no balls. They are apologists at best and they're in on it all.
