The problem with both is consent.
Not necessarily. One can consent to both. Moreso, there are edge cases. You get abandoned on an island with a dead stranger, I can find moral permissibility in eating them to survive; I wpuld want them to eat my body if reversed. I cannot think of a single edge case where raping a living or dead person is morally permissible. Like, this is basic philosophy; thinking. You didn't think. You just regurgitated an opinion.
