It's a part 8 of a multi-part strip, in case that's what you're confused about. Some people have commented that, and I've been meaning to start posting them with links to the other parts in the series. In the meantime, here's all of the parts for this series:

It took me a while to figure out what was going on: The Sithrak evangelists (who are recurring characters) are at bald man's door, putting on a puppet show to compare and contrast gods. The God of Lies goes rogue, and they hide out inside the man's house. After they work out that one of the other puppets is the way to stop the God of Lies puppet, it turns out that it s actually the bald man controlling it. This does not make sense within the narrative flow of the comic, and the bald man lampshades this fact. The Sithrak evangelists realize that the bald man did it all to get out of talking to them, and the bald man realizes that he could've just pretended he wasn't home.
