Wouldn't this put added stress on personnel? To see if they measure up?

Also sounds like he wants soldier bodies to be like machines.

Or is it about some sexuality bias?

The proposal sounds obscene to me.

LOL so the random fact generator linked me to a source page but I didn't read it and it turns out it's just not there, lesson learned, I've updated it
