You don't believe that we cook most of our own food with a focus on whole foods and vegetables or you don't believe that I'm able to eat Taco Bell without getting diarrhea?

Don't waste your time on this conversation. He's known (at least to me) for being categorically incapable of conceding even the tiniest point in a discussion. Of course he would take issue with your description of your own diet because it directly contradicts the point he's trying to make.
