I really would think such bigtime celebrities would see to it that their trash was removed

I was thinking about that, but what are they supposed to do? Pay for secret cremation? That sounds even worse.
This is obviously the result of one person in the removal chain, far enough removed to go unnoticed, thinking they can make some money out of it.
