Intenta leer sin que tu mente repita las palabras.. en algún momento notarás que apagar la voz te permite leer más rápido, intenta regular ajustar la velocidad a una en la que te sientas cómodo..

Percibes la información, la procesas, la examinas, la recuerdas.. pero a quién le vas a hablar?, no hay un otro y en el fondo tampoco hay un tú.
