Mines just rehashing it's old hits, got one of those crook necks that feel like it could snap if I crack it wrong and both my knees are playing up, at least my hips working again, for now.

I had to stop cracking my neck completely, been on the wagon for a year waiting for the benefits, i.e., a less fucked up upper body as the hyperextended stuff heals. I miss that sound like a flower misses the Sun...
