Grains, beans, nuts and seeds are all seeds. Rich in complex carbohydrates and fiber, they form the base of most healthy food pyramids. Yet grind grain into flour and suddenly you have a dangerous powder called “refined flour” that is supposed to be avoided like the plague. Gluten intolerance, soy, corn, and peanut allergies are on the rise. What’s going on here?

This is another thing about these carnivore sources.

I click the link to read what I assume is an accessible source and I get hit with an ad before the article loads.

You very often say there's no money in nutrional research and yet so many of these sources are selling me something or are hour long information light YouTube videos farming ad revenue. They're clearly making money selling an idea and maintaining themselves as the single sources of truth.

This is grifter cult behavior and not food science education behavior!
