I don't even need to know who the person is to call that out.
It is, you’re right. I distilled what I took from her chosen quote, then put it in a quote section, but without direct quotation marks, because I was not trying to make you think the picture was inaccurate. I’ve edited it to be clearer.
The words are not the same, but that’s the meaning I get from her chosen quote.
I took the quote to mean she was desperate for attention and that she won’t risk losing attention by daring to disagree.
Well yeah, that’s basically letting other people have your opinions for you. If a part of you disagrees, but enough of you is willing to go along with it, you’re just fooling yourself if you think you still have a different opinion. Humans do all sorts of things to rationalize opinions we’re uncomfortable holding, including blaming others for behavior of ours which contradicts our self determined beliefs.
