Say Graham joined the military to kill people, because that is what he said, and called him a MERC. Have some person rant about my formatting of MERC claiming he never was one, nor said that. I cite the quote, and point to the wikipedia person posts to refute my claims says that he joined a PMC in afghanistan.

“In a January 2, 2020, on the Reddit thread, “Why Did You Enlist In The Marines?” Platner posted, “I wanted to have an adventure and kill some people.”

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graham_Platner#Military

“After his military service, he worked as a State Department security contractor in Afghanistan "

“In 2018, Platner returned to Kabul, Afghanistan, for about six months as a State Department security contractor with Constellis, where he provided diplomatic security to the US Ambassador to Afghanistan.”

Constellis, BTW, inherited what Blackwater was doing when Blackwater dissolved their corporation legally because it was in a PR/legal nightmare. So Constellis was basically Blackwater by another name.
