Technology has gone too far and become overwhelmingly anti-human. This is the start of the movement to put humans above technology once again.

Except not at all. Tons of people stayed within reach of that wire and sat on the couch, in the kitchen, on a bed just chatting away. Yea definitely better than doom scrolling but "no telephone" was absolutely a punishment for teens in the past, similar to no xbox would be these days.
