There are different kinds of colour blindness, aren't there? So you'd have to do one for each? And then there may be people who see MORE colours (cf tetrachromacy), they'd want their own too! Where does it end?! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

Anybody old enough to have used paint programs on monochrome monitors where instead of colors the palette was patterns like this?

Return of the Obra Dinn, IIRC, is fully monochrome, and all shading is done with dithering. It's really impressive how well they made it work.

I've seen varied dithering patterns in some olde games, but those were already in color
