love how the bastard is so vain and self-centered that if he doesn't hold a rally for himself at least once a week our news media suddenly gets concerned for his health. "B-b-but he's not even getting on TV to brag about how great he is, CLEARLY HE MUST BE DYING!" fucking idiots.
