I literally had to go to physical therapy to loosen up.
Almost the same, was able to identify the problem and do some home.. anti-excersices and I'm doing so much better now. The idea of a tight pussy might be fun, and sure if it's a one time thing it is a lot of fun for the one who penetrates.. But to live with and to be with in a longer relationship? No fun, for neither. Causing pain when it should be pleasure is not ideal.
As the one who penetrates: one that gets tight while orgasming is much more fun than one that's constantly tight.
My wife's going through the same thing right now. Lemme tell you, having your partner literally cry in pain from penetration and lose literally all libido because of the consistent pain ain't worth the slightly tighter experience

In our case it's on the up and up, therapy has started noticably working and we might be able to start rebuilding our sexual relationship by the end of the year if her body continues cooperating with our desires
