I’m really interested in the out-of-control-booster-flip hypothesis. He’s got a couple of good bits to back it up: a different flip axis vs earlier flights, a grid fin getting cooked, and (potential) gas ingestion causing engine failures that killed the boost back.

Maybe pushing it to one side with one early center raptor on ship startup isn’t going to be enough?
