That's impressive. What sorts of things do you guys make with it? I'm partial to rhubarb sauce (goes great on pancakes, I tried it on vanilla icecream once too) and strawberry rhubarb pie.

You can chop it, saute it in butter with onions, add a splash of chicken stock or white wine, mash it up, and it makes a nice sauce for lean pork cuts :)
